Introduction to VLSI Design

Objective

The objective of the course is to introduce the students with basics concepts of VLSIdevices, their fabrication and design of VLSI building blocks using VLSI CAD tools.

Pre-requisite

Students opting for this course are expected to have understanding Analog and Digital Integrated Circuits.

Evaluation System

  • Theory Examination: 100 marks
  • Oral Examination: 25 marks
  • Term Work: 25 marks
  • Total: 150 marks
