Objective
The objective of the course is to introduce the students with basics concepts of VLSIdevices, their fabrication and design of VLSI building blocks using VLSI CAD tools.
Pre-requisite
Students opting for this course are expected to have understanding Analog and Digital Integrated Circuits.
Evaluation System
- Theory Examination: 100 marks
- Oral Examination: 25 marks
- Term Work: 25 marks
- Total: 150 marks
